Students in AP Human Geography are wrapping up Unit Four: Political Patterns and Processes this week. Students have been learning and working through assignments that help them understand more about the function of political boundaries, political processes, and political geography. Students used Play-Doh to create different boundary types and country shapes. They then explained the different centripetal and centrifugal forces that might result from each. Students used M&M's to create voting districts while learning about gerrymandering and redistricting. These students are working hard to be prepared for the AP Exam in May!
Thank you to our MCHS School Counseling Team for all they do!
